FAQ

Beam Light UV Lash Systems

Why switch to a UV lash system?

Faster attachment, lasting hold and less waiting between lashes. Beam Light sets the adhesive with a matching lamp, so changing room humidity has less influence on how quickly the bond forms.

  • Quick bonds for a steady pace through the set
  • Classic, handmade volume and premade lash styles
  • Lamp formats for different spaces and working positions
  • Matching glues, protection, online training and support

Beam Light by AURA Monaco brings the whole UV lash system together.

What makes Beam Light different?

Beam Light brings the equipment, adhesive and education together. Our first UV prototype was developed in 2021. After two years of development, the system launched in 2023.

With more than 50,000 lamps and 200,000 glues sold across the range, Beam Light is a world leader in UV lash extensions. Choose the format that fits your work, then learn the complete routine with our training and support.

Which lamp should I choose?

S9 is our most advanced stand lamp, with 395 nm UV and 405 nm LED heads included. S8 is the step up from our basic S6 stand system.

Prefer less equipment beside the bed? Our Headlamp, Clip-on and Focus formats move with your work. Use the lamp comparison to compare their working positions and controls.

Should I buy a lamp or a Complete Kit?

Choose the lamp if you already have the matching adhesive and protective accessories. Choose a Complete Kit when you want the equipment and essentials together.

The S9 Complete Kit includes the S9 lamp, exactly one Pink Precision adhesive, the protection listed on its product page and online training. The course has a regular value of 97.00$ and is included free with that kit. A standalone S9 lamp does not include the course.

Can I build my own kit?

Build Your Kit lets you choose one lamp, one matching glue and one pad option. Primer, shampoo and additional accessories are optional.

The configurator shows the combined product prices and applies your 10% kit saving automatically. Review the selected components before adding the kit to your cart.

Can I work from eye to eye?

Yes. Head-worn, clip-on and tweezer-mounted lights move with you, making it easy to alternate between eyes without moving a floor stand.

A stand lamp stays beside the bed, with its head repositioned when you switch sides.

Does it work with classic lashes and volume fans?

Yes. Keep the styles your clients love: classic lashes, handmade volume fans and premades. The matching Beam Light adhesive changes how the bond sets, not the looks you can create.

Will humidity and temperature still affect my work?

The lamp sets the adhesive, so curing is less dependent on room humidity than with conventional lash glue. That means less waiting for the room to suit your glue.

Temperature can still affect how the adhesive handles.

How long will my clients' extensions last?

Beam Light is designed for lasting bonds, but retention is not one fixed number for every client. Preparation, isolation, adhesive application, curing and aftercare all matter, along with the natural lash cycle.

The training helps you build a consistent routine and identify the cause when retention falls short.

FAQ

Training & Course

What will I learn in the course?

The Beam Light online course takes you through lash foundations, mapping, hygiene, contraindications, preparation, application, retention, removal and the certificate process.

It includes 22 sections, 69 lessons and three quizzes. Learn the method in order, then practice the complete routine before offering the service professionally.

Which course languages are available?

Beam Light training is available in English and Spanish. The S9 Complete Kit includes these course languages.

How do I access my course?

Sign in through the account icon using the email address from your order. Open the course area in your account, or follow the Course Access guide.

If your training does not appear, contact support with your order number and the email used at checkout. Do not place a second order to solve an access problem.

Is the training suitable if I am new to UV lashing?

Yes. The course explains the move from conventional adhesive to Beam Light, including preparation, protection, application, retention and troubleshooting.

It is professional training for lash artists, with practical work reviewed before certification.

How do I receive my certificate?

Complete the online course and send two clear photos of your finished work to our team. Your certificate is issued after approval.

The practical work must use our products. Buying the course alone does not automatically award a certificate.

FAQ

Products, Safety & Care

Do I need a special adhesive?

Yes. You need a light-curing adhesive compatible with your lamp. Conventional lash glue does not become UV glue under a lamp.

Pink Precision and Purple Power are our fastest choices. Original is our comfortable starting point, Super Fast is a clear formula, Black Velvet is black, and Arctica LED Glue matches the Arctica white-light system.

How do I store my glue?

Keep the bottle tightly closed in its protective pouch, away from sunlight and other UV exposure. Store it in a cool, dry place, not in the refrigerator.

Use the shelf life and after-opening period printed on your specific adhesive. Different formulas should not be treated as if they all have the same label.

Do I need to shake the adhesive?

Yes. Shake the bottle before dispensing so the formula is evenly mixed. A fresh, consistent drop makes precise application easier.

Which glue base should I use?

Use a suitable opaque glue base. Avoid transparent or glass bases that can let light reach the adhesive from below.

Keep the dispensed drop out of the curing beam until you are ready to use it.

How do I use the lamp safely?

Professional training, the correct eye protection and the right setup are essential. Clients must keep their eyes closed; never look directly into the light or use the system for open-eye application.

Required protection, distance, intensity and exposure differ by model. The operating manual contains the exact requirements for your lamp. Our team can provide that manual and the relevant model-specific documents.

Can allergic reactions still occur?

Yes. Beam Light adhesives contain cyanoacrylate and can still cause allergic reactions. They are not suitable for clients with a known adhesive allergy.

What about adhesive fumes?

Fast curing shortens the time the adhesive stays wet at the bond. The adhesive is not fume-free, and good ventilation remains necessary.

Where can I find ingredients and safety instructions?

Ingredients and warnings are on the label and in the safety information for each adhesive. Formulas and storage periods can differ.

Need the ingredient list, safety data sheet or lamp manual? Contact our team with the product name and model, and we will provide the matching information.

When should I not perform the treatment?

Check the full contraindications in the operating instructions before every treatment. These include relevant eye or skin conditions, photosensitivity and photosensitizing medication.

Do not treat when a contraindication applies. If you are unsure about a client's condition or medication, seek appropriate medical advice before proceeding.

How do I remove the extensions?

A professional lash-extension remover loosens the adhesive bond. Extensions must never be pulled or forced off the natural lash.

The course covers removal and handling grown-out extensions during an infill.
