HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We will send you your goods directly from our warehouse in Ohio. We ship Mondays through Saturdays. On average, it takes 2-3 working days for your goods to arrive.

WILL I RECEIVE TRAINING?

Yes. You can start immediately if you are already familiar with normal hair extensions (keratin bonding, tape, etc.). You will receive a comprehensive online training course in which we explain the entire treatment clearly and in detail. You will also receive a certificate after submitting your work.
As a stylist, you can learn Beam Light in just a few minutes. Our customer service team is also available to answer your questions at any time.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE HAIR?

You remove the Beam Light Extensions with our Removal Solution and our Remover Tool. After your purchase, you will receive a detailed tutorial video in which we also show you how to quickly and easily remove the hairs attached with Beam Light.

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

The Beam Light Extensions grow out with the natural hair growth. We recommend replacing them after about 8 weeks.

DOES IT WORK WITH ALL HAIR?

Yes, our Beam Light System works on all hair types, regardless of the brand.

You can use all extensions that are made from natural hair. Whether real hair wefts, keratin bonds, tapes, nano rings and so on.

FOR HOW MANY CUSTOMERS IS ONE BOTTLE OF GLUE ENOUGH?

You can perform up to 3 complete hair extensions with one Beam Light glue bottle. The exact number depends on the amount of hair you use per extension.

CAN I BLOW-DRY MY HAIR AFTER WASHING IT?

Yes, blow-drying is no problem. Set your hairdryer to a medium temperature and blow-dry your hair as usual.

CAN I STRAIGHTEN MY HAIR?

Yes, you can straighten your hair as usual and also style it with other styling appliances. You only have to omit the connection points of the Beam Light.

BEAM LIGHT GLUES INGREDIENTS

Ethyl cyanoacrylate, Sodium stearate, Photoinitiator.

IS IT UV OR LED LIGHT?

UV describes the wavelength at which the light is located. It is called UV because at 395 nm it is still at the outer edge of the spectrum that is assigned to UV light.

LED is an abbreviation for light-emitting diode. There is actually no such thing as “LED light”. LED does not describe the type of light, but the type of lamp.

LED has the advantage that it does not generate a lot of heat, as is the case with halogen, for example.

A comparison such as “UV or LED” can therefore not be made. Both describe different things.

IS THE SYSTEM SAFE?

Our system is tested and secure! The operating instructions and all safety instructions must be read and observed before use. That’s it!

DOES THE LIGHT DAMAGE THE EYE?

If you follow our safety instructions, it won’t harm your eyes! You just have to make sure that neither you nor the customer are looking directly into the light. However, this does not happen if the system is used correctly, because the device has a protective shield.

As a stylist, you also have no direct eye contact with the light.

In short: follow all the safety instructions printed in the operating instructions and you and your customer will be safe!

DOES THE CUSTOMER FEEL HEAT?

No, the customer doesn’t feel any heat – just a pleasant, warm feeling.

HOW DO I STORE THE GLUE?

The glues should be stored in the box provided to protect them from UV light. It should also be stored in a cool, dry place if possible, but never in the refrigerator.

Protect the glues from sunlight and high temperatures. Always store it upright.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE GLUE?

If stored correctly, the glues will keep for 6 months. Unopened, the glues have a shelf life of 1 year.

WHAT IS THE LIFESPAN OF THE LEDS?

The approximate life of the lamp is an incredible 30,000 hours! If you calculate a treatment time of 1.5 hours per customer (which is already a lot, as the treatments are usually faster), this means that you can treat 20,000 customers with the device.

If we assume that you treat 40 customers per week (5×8 customers per day) – which is also quite a lot – then this means that the lamp is theoretically in continuous operation for 500 weeks. So about 9.5 years.

And here we have calculated that the device is constantly switched on during treatment – which is not the case at all. You can therefore multiply the values by 3 or 5.

DO I HAVE TO SHAKE THE GLUE?

Yes, you should shake the glues for about 30 seconds so that the ingredients mix well.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE LIGHT?

The light is activated by pressing a white button. It switches off automatically after approx. 8 seconds.

WHO SHOULD NOT BE TREATED WITH THE SYSTEM?

The system should not be used if the person to be treated has any of the following symptoms in the area of the head: abrasions, keloid or unhealed scars, herpes, psoriasis, other infectious or inflammatory skin diseases, fungal infections, wounds, sunburn, neurodermatitis, skin cancer.

The system should not be used if the user or the person to be treated has the following symptoms:

Epilepsy, polymorphic light dermatosis, photosensitivity, radiotherapy or chemotherapy, hemophilia.

The system should not be used if the user or the person to be treated is taking photosensitizing medication such as neuroleptics, systemic dermatics and antiepileptics.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women may only be treated after prior consultation with a doctor. If in doubt, treatment should be avoided.
