UV describes the wavelength at which the light is located. It is called UV because at 395 nm it is still at the outer edge of the spectrum that is assigned to UV light.

LED is an abbreviation for light-emitting diode. There is actually no such thing as “LED light”. LED does not describe the type of light, but the type of lamp.

LED has the advantage that it does not generate a lot of heat, as is the case with halogen, for example.

A comparison such as “UV or LED” can therefore not be made. Both describe different things.

Our system is tested and secure! The operating instructions and all safety instructions must be read and observed before use. That’s it!

If you follow our safety instructions, it won’t harm your eyes! You just have to make sure that neither you nor the customer are looking directly into the light. However, this does not happen if the system is used correctly, because the device has a protective shield.

As a stylist, you also have no direct eye contact with the light.

In short: follow all the safety instructions printed in the operating instructions and you and your customer will be safe!

No, the customer doesn’t feel any heat – just a pleasant, warm feeling.

The glues should be stored in the box provided to protect them from UV light. It should also be stored in a cool, dry place if possible, but never in the refrigerator.

Protect the glues from sunlight and high temperatures. Always store it upright.

If stored correctly, the glues will keep for 6 months. Unopened, the glues have a shelf life of 1 year.

The approximate life of the lamp is an incredible 30,000 hours! If you calculate a treatment time of 1.5 hours per customer (which is already a lot, as the treatments are usually faster), this means that you can treat 20,000 customers with the device.

If we assume that you treat 40 customers per week (5×8 customers per day) – which is also quite a lot – then this means that the lamp is theoretically in continuous operation for 500 weeks. So about 9.5 years.

And here we have calculated that the device is constantly switched on during treatment – which is not the case at all. You can therefore multiply the values by 3 or 5.

Yes, you should shake the glues for about 30 seconds so that the ingredients mix well.

The light is activated by pressing a white button. It switches off automatically after approx. 8 seconds.

The system should not be used if the person to be treated has any of the following symptoms in the area of the head: abrasions, keloid or unhealed scars, herpes, psoriasis, other infectious or inflammatory skin diseases, fungal infections, wounds, sunburn, neurodermatitis, skin cancer.

The system should not be used if the user or the person to be treated has the following symptoms:

Epilepsy, polymorphic light dermatosis, photosensitivity, radiotherapy or chemotherapy, hemophilia.

The system should not be used if the user or the person to be treated is taking photosensitizing medication such as neuroleptics, systemic dermatics and antiepileptics.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women may only be treated after prior consultation with a doctor. If in doubt, treatment should be avoided.
